I'm Sarah — an ILM Level 7 qualified executive coach with over 20 years in senior marketing leadership.
I've led big teams, sat through the tough transitions myself, and come back from maternity leave wondering if I still belonged in the room.
Now I coach people through exactly that kind of moment.
